Refund Policy

We'd rather you try QuickTick free for 7 days than buy it and regret it — but if you do buy and it's not for you, getting your money back is easy.

30 days, no questions asked

If you're not happy with QuickTick for any reason, we'll refund your purchase in full within 30 days of the purchase date. You don't need to explain why.

How to request a refund

  1. Reply to your Paddle order receipt (the email you got at purchase), or email hello@jolley.app with the email address you used at checkout or your order number.
  2. That's it. We'll confirm and issue the refund through Paddle, our merchant of record.

When you'll see the money

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once issued, they typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

Your license key is no longer valid for use once the purchase is refunded — please stop using it. Your task data is yours and stays on your Mac either way (and in Apple Reminders, if you used sync); nothing is deleted by a refund.

Outside the 30-day window

Requests after 30 days are handled case by case — email us and we'll do our best to be fair. Refunds for purchases made through anywhere other than our website or Paddle (if that ever applies) are subject to that store's own policy.
